What we collect

We collect: your email address when you create an account, subscribe to updates, or request a report; the content of report requests you submit; and payment information, which is processed and stored by Stripe, we never see your card details.

Analytics and cookies

We use first-party cookies only. Essential cookies keep you signed in. One optional analytics cookie (a random identifier) helps us understand how visitors move through the site; it is set only if you accept it in the cookie banner, and declining does not change how the site works. We use no third-party trackers and no advertising cookies.

How we use your data

To provide the service, process payments, deliver reports, send sign-in links, and, where you have opted in, send regulatory-change updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. We do not sell your data. Where you request a counsel introduction, we share your details with the introduced party only as needed to effect the introduction you have requested.

Retention and rights

We keep account data while your account is active and lead data until you unsubscribe. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@licencemap.com.

Processors

We use Stripe (payments) and an email delivery provider (transactional and update emails). Both act as processors under our instructions.
